This is a recipe my mum found on the Internet……
- 500ml cold milk
- 40g coconut flour
- 60g plain flour
- 80g sugar
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 soup spoon butter
Firstly, put the milk and the vanilla into a saucepan and mix with a wooden spoon.
Secondly, put your saucepan on a hot surface.
Thirdly, put your flour in one spoonful at a time and mix in between spoonfuls. (This is quite difficult and you need to make there are no lumps).
Next pore you mixture into some glass containers and then you can sprinkle some ground almond on top of your mixture.
Finally put it in the fridge so that it can cool down……And then you can eat!😋🍴
