- 175g butter, softened
- 175g golden caster sugar
- 200g self-raising flour
- 4 lemons grated
- 3 eggs
- 2 table spoons poppy seeds
- 125g natural yogurt
Firstly, beat the butter and sugar together until it is fluffy.
Thirdly, add all the rest of the ingredients and mix with a food processor.
After you have done that put into your oven and bake for about 40minutes. Make sure you check once or twice, just in case it is ready.
